Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Navvi One software-as-a-service platform, website and related services.
Agreement and customer contract
These terms apply when you access Navvi One on behalf of yourself or an organization. If your organization has a signed order form, subscription agreement or other written agreement with Navvi One, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict. You confirm that you have authority to act for the organization whose account you use.
The service
Navvi One provides recruitment operations software and related integrations. Features may be identified as beta, preview, planned or in development. Beta and preview functions may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn and should not be relied on for unsupported production use. Navvi One may improve or modify the service while preserving material contractual commitments.
Accounts and administrators
You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. Customer administrators control user access, roles, configurations and enabled integrations for their organization. You are responsible for actions taken through authorized accounts unless caused by Navvi One's breach of its obligations.
Customer data
As between the parties, the customer retains its rights in data submitted to Navvi One. The customer authorizes Navvi One and its service providers to host, process, transmit and display that data as needed to provide, secure and support the service. The customer is responsible for having lawful authority to collect and use its data and for configuring appropriate access and retention.
Third-party integrations
Customers may direct Navvi One to connect with third-party services such as Zoom Workplace. The customer is responsible for the third-party account, administrator approval and granted permissions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or discontinue their interfaces. Navvi One is not responsible for a third party's service, but remains responsible for Navvi One's handling of integration data as described in the customer agreement and Privacy Policy.

You may not use Navvi One to violate law or third-party rights; access another tenant or account without authorization; introduce malicious code; interfere with service integrity; probe or circumvent security controls except through an authorized security-testing process; send unlawful or abusive communications; or resell, reverse engineer or copy the service except where law expressly permits.
Intellectual property and feedback
Navvi One and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding and improvements. Subject to the applicable customer agreement, Navvi One grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription. Feedback may be used to improve Navvi One without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify confidential customer information.
Fees, suspension and termination
Fees, billing, term and renewal are set out in the applicable order or subscription agreement. Navvi One may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, material breach or overdue undisputed payment, with notice where practicable.
